Description
Albarino is a variety originally from Spain. It is widely cultivated in the Rias Baixas region of Galicia, known as the origin of the Rias Coast. Due to its excellent compatibility with our winery, cultivation began in 2014. Currently, it has expanded to nearly half of our own vineyard area. The color is clear lemon yellow. You can sense the aromas of white peach, apricot, and quince. The fruitiness and minerality are distinctly felt, with a refreshing acidity. From the coastal nuances, the scent of sea salt and iodine lingers in the aftertaste, enhancing the impression. Recommended pairings include Galician-style octopus, grilled conger eel, shellfish carpaccio (scallops, clams), and steamed mussels in wine.
