The armadillo, which means "little armored one" in Spanish, is actually timid and nocturnal, living in burrows and curling into its hard shell when it senses danger. The wine has a slightly orange hue and features a smooth taste with soft tannins. It offers a gentle mouthfeel with a faint sweetness lingering on the finish.
